On September 24th-25th, 2005 the Ladies Spirit Tour visited Anastasia Billiard Room in St. Augustine, Florida.  Top picks took top honors and a few new faces stepped into the money rounds. The LTLUniverse.com sponsored WPBA Qualifier was up for grabs.

This marked the first time that Jans and Seaver met in a final match and suspense hung in the air. In the first game, Jans ran the table but missed the 7; however, she made it back to the table to finish the rack to go 1-0.  The next rack was back and forth but Jans was the one to close it out to lead 2-0.  After a safety battle over the 6, Seaver took a 6-7 carom to run out still  trailing 2-1.  Seaver then took two tough cuts and a bank shot on her way to running the next rack to tie 2-2.  Jans fired back by running the next rack to again lead 3-2.  Seaver rattled the 2 in the next rack and Jans took advantage to run out and double her lead to 4-2.  Seaver made a tough cut on the one to begin a run but a miscue on the 8 spelled a larger lead for Jans, 5-2.  Jans saw a bad roll in the next rack as she ran to the 4 but when the 4 hit the back of the pocket it popped back out, leaving a shot for Seaver.  Seaver was quick to take advantage and run out to trail 5-3.  A safety error by Jans in the next rack led to a 2-9 combo for Seaver and a closer score at 5-4.  A miscue by Jans in the next rack let Seaver in, to run out from the 3 and tie the match 5-5 for an even race.  Seaver took over the next rack to run from the 4, taking the lead for the first time and getting on the hill first, 6-5.  After a dry break by Seaver, a 1-9 combo lay up for Jans.  Jans potted the combo and was quickly in a double-hill match.  After a safety duel over the 2-ball, Jans got an open shot and ran out the remainder of the rack to secure her second Spirit Tour win in a row and her third overall.
